Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time, even without an account and without Pro. You'll find these functions under Back up & sync data in the "Your data" section.
Exporting
- Export data: a JSON file with all games, practice sessions and players. You can use it to restore everything later. Login details are not included.
- Results as CSV: a table of your results, for example for Excel or Google Sheets.
Restoring an export
With "Import data" you choose a file from an earlier CountDarts export. Entries that already exist aren't saved twice. That way you can move to a new phone, for example.
Results from other apps
If you used another app before, you can import your results as a CSV file.
- Choose the player profile the results belong to and enter the source, such as the name of the app.
- Choose the CSV file.
- Check how the columns are matched. The app recognises German and English column names itself; you match the others. A date is required.
- Check the preview and confirm the import.
Imported results appear in your history and are marked as imported. They don't flow into trends and evaluations, because other apps may calculate their values differently.
Moving guest data into an account
If you played without an account and sign in later, you can bring your games, practice sessions and players into your account with "Import local guest data". Entries already taken over aren't saved twice.
Delete
You delete single entries in your history. You delete your account with all cloud data under "Back up & sync data". The guest-mode data on your device stays.
