Is my game gone if I reload the page?
No. Running matches, party games and practice sessions are saved on your device. After reloading, switching apps or an update, you continue exactly where you left off.
I made a typo. What now?
Tap "Undo last dart". You correct earlier visits via the chalkboard icon "Visits" at the top of the game. More under "Correcting and undoing darts".
Why didn't my visit count?
You probably bust: more points than your score left, or with double out a score of 1 left or a checkout without a double. Then the whole visit doesn't count.
Why don't I see a checkout tip?
Either your score is above 170, it's a bogey number, or the checkout routes are turned off in the settings.
I can't hear the caller.
Check whether the caller is turned on in the settings under "Sound & vibration" or with the speaker icon in the game, and whether your phone is muted. On an iPhone, the switch on the side must be set to ring.
The push-to-talk button is missing.
Voice input depends on your browser. If it doesn't support speech recognition, the app hides the switch. Try the latest version of Chrome or Safari.
How do I change the language?
At the top right via the language code, for example "EN". The app is available in German, English, Spanish and Dutch.
How do I switch between the light and dark theme?
With the sun or moon icon at the top right. In the settings under "Display" you can also choose "Automatic".
The screen turns off during the game.
In a game the app keeps the screen on as long as your browser supports it. In some phones' battery saver mode this doesn't work. Then it helps to set a longer screen lock time.
Is my data passed on to third parties?
No. There is no advertising. We only collect usage statistics with your consent and without player names or game details. Local games don't need a server.
Can I use the app without internet?
Yes. After the first visit, all games and exercises work offline. Only online games, the TV view, voice input and syncing need a connection.
